Value Stream Manager

VACANCY SUMMARY
Will oversee plant operations projects and drive cross-functional execution to achieve business objectives in quality, cost, delivery, and safety. This role focuses on aligning activities and resources needed to establish end-to-end manufacturing operations at the plant. This role requires project management experience and a solid background in plant management to lead and optimize our manufacturing operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead all project management activities and operations processes across the plant.
- Manage the entire Engineering Change Order (ECO) implementation process.
- Collaborate with sourcing and supplier quality teams to boost supplier performance and OTD.
- Support the NPI team during sample manufacturing to launch new products efficiently.
- Direct operations teams to ensure optimized and lean plant production workflows.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 5 years of plant management experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making capabilities.
- Advanced English.
- Solid knowledge of project management, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills.
