Training Supervisor

VACANCY SUMMARY
Plan, develop, implement and supervise the training and development strategy for both manufacturing plants, ensuring that all operational personnel receive the necessary training to perform their duties safely, efficiently and in accordance with the quality standards established by the organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate and supervise the department's team of trainers, ensuring the timely execution of the assigned activities.
- Assign specific tasks, priorities, and responsibilities to each trainer in accordance with current training plans.
- Track team performance and provide continuous feedback to achieve department metrics.
- Manage the company's digital platforms for courses and training, ensuring their correct operation and availability.
- Periodically update all the department's documents (procedures, instructions, formats, records).
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in training positions within manufacturing environments.
- Experience supervising training teams or instructors.
- Experience developing skills matrices and training plans.
- Experience in the furniture, manufacturing, or assembly industries is desirable.
