Trade Compliance Specialist

VACANCY SUMMARY
Ensure the company's customs and foreign trade compliance through the coordination and control of operations, proper management of trade promotion programs, inventory and fixed asset controls, and the implementation of processes and audits to mitigate risks and ensure business continuity in accordance with applicable regulations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate and oversee daily customs and foreign trade operations.
- Manage compliance with IMMEX, CIVA, PROSEC, Annex 24/30, and other foreign trade filings and requirements.
- Ensure proper recordkeeping and control of foreign trade documentation, inventory, and fixed assets.
- Coordinate foreign trade formalities, including sub-maquila reports, Rule 8th authorizations, IMMEX expansions, and other government filings.
- Support FTA, rules of origin, tariff classification, RRNA, INCOTERMS, and lead CTPAT/OEA certification activities in coordination with LNCA.
REQUIREMENTS
- English (conversational level).
- 3+ years in the position or area.
- International Relations (Foreign Trade), International Business, Logistics or similar.
- Experience in IMMEX, Annex 24 and 30.
