VACANCY SUMMARY
The Team Leader reports directly to the Shift Supervisor and is responsible for the overall performance of the assigned work cell. The Team Leader has direct responsibility for employees assigned in their work cell. Reports to the quality manager and is responsible for testing and inspecting products at various stages of production process.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure all operators have been trained to follow work instructions.
- Coordinate timing of the mold changes with Shift Supervisor.
- Assist in Mold Change with first piece approval work instruction.
- Monitor key measurables.
- Reference operator certification sheets.
REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma.
- Manufacturing background.
- Basic math skills.
- Positive and cooperative attitude.
- Experience in the plastic injection molding industry.
