Supplier Quality Engineer

VACANCY SUMMARY
Ensure the quality of incoming materials and supplies (IQC) through evaluation, auditing and continuous development of the supplier base, leading root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions (8D/CAR) to eliminate technical discrepancies and minimize the risks of line stoppages in the manufacture of electronic boards (PCBA) and televisions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure the consistent implementation of inspections and incoming quality control (IQC) tests for electronic components (PCBs, LCMs, power supply boards) and structural parts/packaging.
- Conduct on-site audits of suppliers to evaluate the effectiveness of their quality management systems, production lines, and supply capacity prior to or during the business relationship.
- Develop and train the supplier base, promoting continuous improvement programs and component certification for direct delivery schemes.
- Generate and present executive reports on supplier quality, identifying failure trends and coordinating quality alerts with the internal team.
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Advanced English.
- 3 to 5 years of verifiable experience as an SQE or Supplier Quality Engineer in the electronics manufacturing industry.
- Ability to read and interpret 2D and 3D technical drawings and use precision measuring instruments.
- Audit processes for supplier quality systems in accordance with ISO 9001.
- Incoming Quality Control (IQC) inspection criteria for electronic components (PCBA, LCM, power supplies) and structural components.
