VACANCY SUMMARY
Ensure excellence and compliance with quality standards across all organizational processes through the establishment, implementation, and monitoring of inspection standards, control plans, and Quality Management System procedures.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Establish inspection standards for all processes and review Control Plans (CP).
- Perform all required inspections and maintain accurate written records.
- Define the staffing structure and functional responsibilities of the Quality Department.
- Develop and implement training programs for Quality Control / IPOQC personnel.
- Collect and analyze process quality data.
REQUIREMENTS
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Experience in supplier development and management, as well as procurement budget preparation.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards.
- Knowledge of Quality Management System (QMS) processes and procedures.
- Experience with Core Tools.
