Quality Assurance and Product Engineer (QA/OQA)

VACANCY SUMMARY
Ensure the quality of the finished product and customer satisfaction by managing outgoing inspection criteria (OQC/AQL), conducting laboratory reliability tests (thermal, vibration, aging), and resolving customer complaints through 8D reports and corrective actions (CAPA), ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 Management Systems.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and investigate customer complaints and claims, coordinating root cause analysis, issuing 8D reports, and ensuring the effective closure of corrective and preventive actions.
- Oversee and standardize Outgoing Quality Control (OQC) processes.
- Coordinate and validate reliability and laboratory tests for complete television sets.
- Support and assist with Quality Management System (ISO 9001) and Environmental Management System (ISO 14001) audits.
- Draft and maintain up-to-date QA technical documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), finished product inspection plans, and executive quality control reports.
REQUIREMENTS
- 2 to 4 years of experience as a QA, OQA, Product Quality, or Customer Service Engineer in the electronics/television manufacturing industry.
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Quality and Environmental Management Systems (ISO 9001 and ISO 14001).
- Outgoing Quality Control (OQC) and AQL statistical sampling tables.
- Reliability testing for consumer electronics (temperature, vibration, aging, drops).
