VACANCY SUMMARY
Under the direction of the Plant Superintendent this position is responsible for the coordination of department efforts to achieve maximum productivity and efficiency in meeting daily production and quality goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise and manage installation-related projects, both inside and outside.
- Plan and manage the daily allocation of resources; people, materials, equipment, and systems to efficiently achieve performance targets.
- Create and maintain a safe, clean and positive work environment.
- Mentor, motivate and develop team members.
- Understand and facilitate internal and external regulations, procedures, and policies.
REQUIREMENTS
- 5 years of plastics processing experience/supervision.
- Knowledge in Robots Start.
- Excellent communication, written and verbal skills/Spanish/English bilingual skills preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff.
- Time management, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of plastic injection, start robots, production control.
