Production Planner

VACANCY SUMMARY
The Production Planner is responsible for developing and managing efficient production schedules that maximize productivity and minimize costs while ensuring on-time delivery to customers. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Production, to optimize inventory management and production processes.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and manage production schedules to optimize efficiency and inventory.
- Manage production and material orders using MRP, Kanban, and production plans.
- Monitor production capacity and resource availability to meet targets.
- Support plant startups and ERP changes, including routings, BOMs, part numbers, and assembly codes.
- Ensure timely material availability and accurate production data configuration.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in a similar role.
- Advanced English and personnel management experience.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
- Knowledge of APICS, LEAN, or Six Sigma is a plus.
