Process Quality Engineer

VACANCY SUMMARY
Ensure and monitor quality in manufacturing processes (IPQC) and finished product shipment (OQC) for electronic board lines (PCBA) and television assembly, applying statistical process control and problem-solving methodologies (8D) to maximize yield, eliminate online defects, and ensure compliance with customer standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure the application of in-process quality controls (IPQC) and product output (OQC) in the PCBA, assembly, functional testing, aging and packaging lines of televisions.
- Develop, update and implement the quality control plans, acceptance/rejection criteria and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) of the manufacturing area.
- Attend audits of the Quality Management System (ISO 9001) and customer inspections, ensuring the effective follow-up and closure of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Ensure regulatory and institutional compliance, promoting adherence to ISO 9001, NOM-035, Internal Work Regulations and Health and Safety (EHS) policies.
REQUIREMENTS
- Industrial, Electronic, Mechatronics or related Engineering.
- In-Process Quality Control (IPQC) and Output Quality Control (OQC) in Electronics Manufacturing/Televisions.
- Intermediate English.
- 2 to 4 years of verifiable experience as a Process Quality Engineer.
- Applicable quality and statistical tools: 8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa, SPC, CPK, FMEA.
