VACANCY SUMMARY
Operations training plays a critical role in driving employee development, workforce readiness, and continuous improvement across production operations. This role works closely with the Production leadership and Training function to deliver consistent training for new hires and current hourly employees involved in production processes.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate and facilitate hourly employees’ onboarding production training to ensure consistent and effective onboarding experience.
- Implement, and manage structured On-the-Job Training (OJT) plans aligned to production roles, responsibilities, and operational standards.
- Maintain accurate training records in accordance with internal policies and external compliance standards.
- Ensure training meets regulatory and safety requirements where applicable.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering.
- Advanced English.
- 2 years of experience in manufacturing, production, quality, or technical training environment.
