VACANCY SUMMARY
Ensure the availability, reliability and proper functioning of the machinery and facilities of the production line (SMT, TV assembly, testing, injection and auxiliary services), solving complex electromechanical problems autonomously, implementing preventive maintenance plans and supervising the team of technicians under strict industrial safety standards (STPS).
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Install, set up, and maintain production machinery and equipment.
- Diagnose and repair complex electromechanical and PLC-related issues.
- Develop and manage preventive and predictive maintenance plans.
- Ensure compliance with STPS, LOTO, machinery safety, and ESD standards.
- Lead, train, and supervise maintenance technicians to support production.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Electromechanical, Electronic, Mechatronic, or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in equipment engineering or maintenance within the electronics or maquiladora industry.
- Maintenance and setup of electronic manufacturing equipment.
- Electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic troubleshooting; PLC fundamentals.
- Knowledge of STPS regulations, LOTO, and ESD control.
