Prodensa's Executive Summit Highlights Mexico’s Rising Role in Global Manufacturing

Prodensa's Executive Summit Highlights Mexico’s Rising Role in Global Manufacturing

Monterrey, Mexico — November 26th, 2025 — Prodensa convened leaders and clients from some of Mexico’s most advanced manufacturing operations alongside representatives from institutions that drive foreign investment into the country, for a high-level executive event focused on the future of global manufacturing, supply chains, and North American competitiveness.

During the session, Emilio Cadena, CEO of Prodensa, delivered an in-depth presentation on the current state of the world, supported by global data, primary market signals, and the macro shifts reshaping industrial strategy. His remarks explored the accelerated evolution of technology, the transformation of supply chain networks, and the growing expectations around sustainability and regulatory compliance.

Cadena emphasized a central message: Mexico must strengthen the way it communicates its strategic value to the United States, particularly as a manufacturing partner. He noted that much of the political discourse in Washington overlooks a crucial reality—the U.S. cannot accomplish its most important goals without Mexico, from reducing fentanyl flows and managing migration dynamics to lowering the trade deficit and ensuring supply chain resilience.

He reaffirmed Prodensa’s commitment to investing time, resources, and advocacy to amplify this narrative among policymakers, companies, and industry influencers across North America.

Recognizing Mexico’s Productivity Gains

During the event, Prodensa also took a moment to celebrate a significant achievement: Mexico recorded a 15% increase in manufacturing productivity over the past year (IMMEX). Cadena congratulated the clients in attendance for their contribution to this national milestone, noting that their continuous improvement efforts, innovation investments, and workforce development initiatives played a key role.

Preparing for the Skills and Compliance Demands of the Future

Cadena also spoke about the next frontier of competitiveness. Based on global trend analysis, Prodensa is expanding its capabilities in trade compliance, regulatory management, and operational governance, as these areas are becoming critical differentiators for manufacturers operating in Mexico.

Forty percent of the skills needed today will not be relevant by 2030.

This reinforces the urgency for companies to adapt, upskill, and redesign roles as technologies and business models evolve.

A Shared Commitment to the Future of North American Manufacturing

The event underscored a consistent theme: Mexico is indispensable to North America’s industrial future, and Prodensa remains committed to helping global companies navigate expansion, compliance, workforce transformation, and sustainable operations in the region.

As the global landscape continues shifting, Prodensa will continue leading conversations, providing data-backed insight, and building the partnerships that strengthen Mexico’s position as a world-class manufacturing hub.

"The best leaders are adaptive orchestrators of people, data, and purpose." - Emilio Cadena
