VACANCY SUMMARY
Responsible for preliminary communication and the development management of new projects for key customers. Organizes feasibility assessments prior to project selection and collaborates with the Sales Department to ensure the selection and successful launch of high-quality new projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Organize the development and maintenance of project management processes.
- Collaborate with the Sales Department to conduct technical and manufacturing feasibility assessments based on customer requirements and work toward project nomination.
- Collaborate with the Sales Department to establish and maintain communication with customers.
- Initiate projects, define scope, establish timelines, ensure the integration of project resources, and oversee project development.
- Conduct regular project review meetings to address issues and implement appropriate solutions.
REQUIREMENTS
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Experience in supplier development and management, as well as procurement budget preparation.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards.
- Ability to manage project progress, identify and monitor key project milestones, and handle emergencies.
- Knowledge of APQP and PPAP.
