Production Supervisor

VACANCY SUMMARY
Supervise the production line, ensuring compliance with production, quality, and operating cost requirements under a Lean Manufacturing culture. Ensure that the production schedule is executed on time and meets established standards for quality and quantity, while promoting continuous improvement and the development of the work team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assign daily tasks to production personnel according to the production plan.
- Monitor production to ensure compliance with established timelines, quality standards, and output targets.
- Ensure personnel use materials, tools, and equipment correctly.
- Train new employees and reinforce the skills of existing operators.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Production Supervisor, including experience managing unionized personnel.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing tools and methodologies, including 5S, Kanban, SMED, and Kaizen.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and internal audits.
- Experience in quality control for manufacturing processes and finished products.
