Production Supervisor

VACANCY SUMMARY
Plan, coordinate and supervise operations on television assembly lines (LCD modules, testing, aging and packaging), efficiently managing human resources and assigned inputs to achieve production volume, per capita efficiency, quality, yield and cost control objectives within the maquiladora's regulatory framework.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee and coordinate the continuous operation of multiple production lines, including LCD module assembly, functional testing, burn-in, and packaging.
- Ensure compliance with the daily production schedule, both in terms of quantity and quality.
- Analyze production schedules and balance production lines.
- Manage and drive the area’s key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure strict compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or degrees related to manufacturing or production.
- 1 to 3 years of experience as a Production Supervisor in the manufacturing industry, preferably in: the electronics industry, television assembly, or electronic product manufacturing processes.
- Management and interpretation of KPIs.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001.
