Manufacturing Engineer II

VACANCY SUMMARY
This role supports the production of Nitinol tubing and sheet products by maintaining validated processes, improving manufacturing performance, and providing technical support to operations. Reporting to the Manufacture Engineer Sr (Sustaining), this role works closely with Production, Quality, Planning, and Facilities teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on yield, quality, and productivity.
- Support validated production processes and troubleshoot manufacturing issues.
- Provide technical training and guidance for production personnel.
- Design and implement tooling, fixtures, and process improvements.
- Support root cause investigations and corrective actions.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Materials, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of manufacturing experience.
- Experience with metals, heat treatment, or forming processes.
- Experience with laboratory testing and inspection equipment.
- Familiarity with FMEA, root cause analysis, and Quality Management Systems.
