VACANCY SUMMARY
Responsible for managing production personnel, optimizing resources and machine utilization, monitoring production performance, supporting Engineering prototype activities, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to achieve operational objectives.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyzes and resolves operational issues, providing support to employees in problem-solving activities.
- Trains and integrate new employees into production processes.
- Develops, updates, and maintains Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for production operations.
- Reviews production schedules, ensures compliance with planned production targets, estimates labor requirements, and follows up on Engineering prototypes.
- Supports and ensures compliance with Quality Management, Health & Safety, Internal Work Regulations, and Environmental programs.
REQUIREMENTS
- Extensive knowledge in manufacturing melamine furniture in areas of cutting, CNC, finishing, assembly of furniture
- Line balancing. 5S plus 8D. (Lean Manufacturing).
- Knowledge of manual pneumatic tools (staplers, drills, knives, etc.), CNC and electronic machines.
- Required Academic Degree: Industrial Engineer, or Engineering Career.
