Maintenance Engineer

VACANCY SUMMARY
Ensure the reliability, availability, and optimal performance of equipment, production lines, and facilities through the efficient management of preventive and corrective maintenance, and the development and training of the maintenance team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Improve and train the maintenance team, assisting with the organization of preventive maintenance.
- Collaborate with Production and Industrial Engineering to reduce downtime, define technical goals, and maintain production levels.
- Assist with the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of equipment, production lines, and/or facilities.
- Develop maintenance plans for new production lines, providing guidance on improvements in reliability, maintainability, and safety.
- Manage and update technical documentation for equipment, production lines, and/or facilities.
REQUIREMENTS
- More than 5 years of experience in assembly line maintenance.
- Experience in automated maintenance in the automotive, electronics, or advanced manufacturing industries is preferred.
- Proficiency in reading and creating electrical schematics, with the ability to independently analyze circuits and wiring logic.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical structures, the ability to interpret blueprints, and the use of tools for assembly, adjustment, and calibration.
- Familiarity with electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic components, and proficiency in office software such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
