VACANCY SUMMARY
To ensure the correct management and execution of foreign trade operations through the coordination of international shipments, compliance with customs and international trade regulations, timely monitoring of shipments in transit and validation of required documentation, ensuring efficient import and export processes.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordination of cross-border shipments.
- Correctly apply and validate international trade terms.
- Monitoring of in-transit alerts.
- Customs compliance and documentation.
- Document audit: Review and validate commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of landing (B/L) and air waybills (AWB), certificates of origin, and customs declarations.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree.
- Advanced English.
- ERP systems: Proficiency in SAP (MM/SD modules) or Oracle.
- Customs regulations.
- C-TPAT certification.
