Engineering Manager

VACANCY SUMMARY
The Engineering Manager is responsible for leading manufacturing engineering activities to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations. This role drives process design, continuous improvement, operational excellence, and new product introduction while aligning engineering strategy with overall business objectives.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the development of new processes in coordination with other departments.
- Validate product drawings, technical specifications, bills of materials, and technical documentation.
- Ensure the standardization and documentation of production and assembly processes.
- Evaluate and approve engineering modifications proposed by the production or quality department.
- Supervise the engineering team, providing training, performance monitoring, and technical support.
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar position.
- In-depth knowledge of Ingeniería processes, quality control, and safety standards specific to furniture manufacturing.
- Advanced English.
- Fulfillment of goals.
- Success in verifiable projects.
