VACANCY SUMMARY
Maintain, service, repair and calibrate the plant's electronic and/or electromechanical test equipment, as well as perform troubleshooting and analysis of non-routine failures in circuits and electronic boards (Main Boards, Power Boards, T-Con) of televisions, ensuring the correct functioning of the diagnostic tools and the recovery of defective components on the assembly line.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain, service, and calibrate electronic and electromechanical test equipment by performing regular operational inspections, planning preventive maintenance, and repairing defective equipment or systems.
- Perform advanced diagnostics (troubleshooting) on electronic equipment, circuits, and boards to handle and resolve non-routine operational or quality problems.
- Assemble electronic equipment, test harnesses, or circuits according to required technical specifications.
- Use and interpret specialized electronic measurement and inspection equipment, such as oscilloscopes, digital multimeters, signal generators, frequency counters, and regulated power supplies.
- Interpret electronic schematic diagrams and equipment repair manuals for the systematic location of component-level faults.
REQUIREMENTS
- Diagnostics and troubleshooting of analog and digital circuits at the component level.
- Advanced interpretation of electronic diagrams and equipment repair manuals.
- Operation and use of electronic measuring equipment: oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, etc.
- Rework and fine soldering of SMD/THT electronic components (IPC-A-610) and ESD standards.
- 1-3 years of experience in the analysis, diagnosis, and repair of electronic equipment or circuits in the manufacturing/assembly industry.
