CONTROLThis is the execution phase where we carry out activities such as: project bidding, site visits, project logbook, budget control, safety procedures, among others.

CLOSEClosure activities such as punch-list control, cost report, authorizations, payments, sign-offs, gather documentation, and deliver final report, among others.
