We implemented the recruitment know-how in order to find the optimal employees for the brand new plant of the automotive company. Our Prodensa team was tasked with creating a bespoke recruitment plan. This led to the search of the right employee profile, which to date has added 8, 000 employees to the company. A team made to go further and faster.
Trade regulations were in flux while the USMCA was being finalized. It was during this period that our client realized that it was time to relocate its production to this continent to better serve its network of North American clients and have the possibility to close new deals.
