The right decisions require powerful local knowledge. We found the right place in Apaseo El Grande, Guanajuato; right in the industrial heart of Mexico. Under the supervision of Luis Rodriguez, our Construction Director, plans were drawn and efficiently 50,000 ft of production and office space were built according to the timeline. Our client moved in in 2019. The construction included a total excavation of the land in order to set in place all around anti-static floor and humidity and temperature-controlled rooms. Taking into account the vision of the company, the project was developed considering 3 future expansions of the project.
